Shipping & Delivery Policy

At SRTECH PRO, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping exclusively to the United States and the United Kingdom.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Time

Because we curate our products from specialized global suppliers to ensure the best quality and price, our estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7 - 12 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 7 - 12 business days.

  • Our standard delivery time is 7 - 12 business days for the USA and UK. However, please allow up to 15-20 business days during peak seasons or in case of unexpected customs delays. If you haven't received your order within 20 business days, please contact us at support@srtechpro.com, and we will investigate it for you immediately.

Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer FREE Tracked Shipping on all orders over $50 (or equivalent in GBP). For orders under $50, a small flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SRTECH PRO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@srtechpro.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
